Kat Evans is the founder of CRE8 Talent and plays a key leadership role across the wider CRE8 Collective, combining executive recruitment expertise with the operational management of CRE8 Resolve.

With more than 15 years of recruitment experience, Kat has worked alongside businesses across construction, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, professional services and the corporate sector. She has successfully recruited everyone from specialist technical roles through to senior leadership and executive appointments, building long-term relationships through honest advice, strong market knowledge and a genuine understanding of how businesses operate.
