Content on this site is general information, not professional advice. Recruitment, advisory and dispute resolution engagements are governed by the written agreement we sign with you, not by this website.

The CRE8 Snapshot is a self-report profiling tool intended as a conversation starter and development aid. It is not a clinical instrument and should not be used as the sole basis for an employment decision.

Every paid engagement starts with a written scope and agreed terms, including fees, before work begins. Retainer arrangements under our partnership model are set out in their own written agreements.

Dispute resolution engagements carry additional confidentiality and process terms, provided in writing before each matter starts.
