We collect information you give us directly: your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to share when you enquire, register as a candidate or contractor, or complete the CRE8 Snapshot.

For recruitment candidates, this can include your CV, work history, references and right-to-work documentation. For Snapshot users, it includes your questionnaire responses and the resulting profile.

To do the work you have asked us to do: matching candidates to roles, running advisory and coaching engagements, managing dispute resolution processes, and responding to enquiries.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share candidate details with an employer without talking to you first.

Information shared with CRE8 Resolve in connection with mediation, investigation or other dispute resolution processes is handled under the confidentiality obligations of that process, which are set out in writing before each engagement.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Contact us and we will respond promptly.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website: which pages are visited, and roughly where visitors come from. IP addresses are anonymised, and this data is aggregated; it does not identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you prefer not to be counted, most browsers and common extensions can block analytics; the site works exactly the same either way.

Personal information is stored securely and retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires.
