With extensive generalist HR experience, Lisa supports clients across every stage of the employment lifecycle. Lisa has significant experience managing complex employment relations matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, restructures, performance concerns and sensitive employee issues. She is licensed to undertake workplace investigations and is currently completing mediation training, further strengthening her ability to support businesses through challenging conversations and workplace disputes.
