Lisa Willis is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning senior in-house leadership and consulting roles across a broad range of industries. She works alongside business owners and leadership teams, providing practical HR advice that helps businesses manage their people with confidence while supporting long-term growth and organisational capability.

With extensive generalist HR experience, Lisa supports clients across every stage of the employment lifecycle. Her work includes HR strategy, organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, leadership support, policy development, employee engagement and organisational change. Whether a business needs ongoing HR guidance or support through a specific people challenge, Lisa provides practical advice that reflects both employment obligations and commercial realities.

Lisa has significant experience managing complex employment relations matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, restructures, performance concerns and sensitive employee issues. She is licensed to undertake workplace investigations and is currently completing mediation training, further strengthening her ability to support businesses through challenging conversations and workplace disputes.

Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, Lisa takes the time to understand each business, its people and the way it operates. She works closely with leaders to develop practical HR frameworks, strengthen leadership capability and create clear processes that support both employers and employees.
