About the Role
As Product Manager, you'll take ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities and defining product strategy through to launch, continuous improvement and long-term portfolio growth.
Working across multiple business functions, you'll ensure modular treatment solutions remain technically robust, commercially competitive and aligned with customer needs, industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies for a growing portfolio of modular packaged treatment plants.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, customer requirements and industry trends.
- Define product positioning, specifications, pricing and commercial strategies.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, sales, operations and project delivery teams to develop product roadmaps.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and development through to launch and ongoing support.
- Provide technical input for customer presentations, proposals and business development opportunities.
- Ensure products meet performance, quality and regulatory standards.
- Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop product documentation, technical resources and supporting marketing material.
- Champion innovation, standardisation and continuous improvement across the product portfolio.
About You
You're commercially minded with a strong technical background and enjoy turning customer insights into practical, market-leading solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are confident engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
You'll ideally bring:
- Proven experience in product management, technical sales, engineering or a similar technical-commercial role.
- Experience within the water, wastewater, environmental or infrastructure sectors.
- A strong understanding of modular treatment systems, packaged plants or comparable technologies.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop successful product strategies.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to translate customer needs into practical, commercially viable product solutions.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, sales and operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A relevant qualification in engineering, science, business or a related technical discipline.
- A genuine passion for sustainable water and wastewater solutions.
