You'll oversee Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM Collaborate Pro environments, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently through coordinated, model-based design while supporting continuous improvement across both civil and mechanical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment to support collaborative project delivery.
- Implement, configure and administer BIM Collaborate Pro across multiple projects.
- Produce and oversee high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models and P&IDs for infrastructure projects.
- Drive best practice in Civil 3D and Plant 3D workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Develop and maintain CAD standards, templates, libraries and drafting procedures.
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across drafting and modelling outputs.
- Work closely with engineers and project teams to improve coordination and digital delivery.
- Mentor and support drafting staff, building capability across the wider design team.
- Champion continuous improvement in BIM and digital engineering processes.
About You
You're a highly experienced CAD/BIM professional with a passion for technical excellence and digital innovation. You enjoy finding smarter ways to deliver projects and take pride in helping others develop their skills.
You'll ideally bring:
- Ten or more years' experience in civil and/or mechanical drafting, including experience in a senior or lead role.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including surface modelling, alignments, profiles and earthworks calculations.
- Strong experience using AutoCAD Plant 3D to produce P&IDs and 3D plant models.
- Proven expertise working within Autodesk Construction Cloud, including Autodesk Docs and BIM Collaborate Pro.
- Experience developing CAD standards, templates and digital delivery processes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary project teams.
- A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting BIM-enabled project delivery and model coordination would be highly regarded.
