Due to continued growth, opportunities are available for experienced Project Managers, Project Engineers and Site Managers to join a collaborative, high-performing team delivering significant infrastructure projects throughout the Waikato region.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, while working closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.

These are permanent, full-time positions that involve regular travel to project sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from planning through to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines and quality outcomes.
  • Identify and manage project risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
  • Participate in project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver projects that meet safety, quality and commercial objectives.

About You


You'll bring practical experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where accountability and teamwork are valued.

You'll ideally have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or significant experience in horizontal infrastructure construction.
  • At least five years' experience in project delivery, engineering or site management.
  • Strong knowledge of civil and mechanical construction activities.
  • A solid understanding of the complete project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using project management systems and software.
  • The flexibility to travel and work across project sites when required.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine commitment to delivering outstanding results.
