Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines and quality outcomes.
- Identify and manage project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Participate in project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver projects that meet safety, quality and commercial objectives.
About You
You'll bring practical experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where accountability and teamwork are valued.
You'll ideally have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or significant experience in horizontal infrastructure construction.
- At least five years' experience in project delivery, engineering or site management.
- Strong knowledge of civil and mechanical construction activities.
- A solid understanding of the complete project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using project management systems and software.
- The flexibility to travel and work across project sites when required.
- A proactive attitude and genuine commitment to delivering outstanding results.
