We are working with a growing employment law business that is looking for two lawyers in Auckland, with further opportunities for the right people across New Zealand.
If you’re an Employment Lawyer / Solicitor with 2–5 years’ experience, enjoy working with clients, have a commercial head on your shoulders and want to be part of a business that is genuinely growing, this is one I’d encourage you to look at.
The opportunity
You’ll work across a broad range of employment law matters, providing practical, commercially sound advice to clients.
Your work may include:
· Employment agreements, contractor agreements and workplace policies
· Restructuring, redundancy and organisational change
· Disciplinary and performance matters
· Employment relationship issues
· Mediation and Employment Relations Authority matters
· Complex employment advice and dispute resolution
· Building strong, trusted client relationships
You’ll have genuine client exposure, interesting work and the opportunity to continue developing your technical and commercial skills.
What they are looking for
You’ll be a legally qualified Employment Lawyer / Solicitor with around 2–5 years’ employment law experience.
Experience isn't the whole brief.
