Free Spirit Holistic Health Services is growing - and not in a “we need another person to fill a treatment room” kind of way. There’s a much bigger vision here.
Kelly is building a holistic health offering across the Auckland region, with a particular passion for making great practitioners and complementary health services more accessible throughout South Auckland.
And right now, she’s looking for a Physiotherapist and Chiropractor who would like to help build it with her. These are contractor opportunities, but they’re not really for people who simply want to arrive, see their clients and disappear again. We’re looking for practitioners who genuinely love what they do, bring ideas and energy, and get excited about being part of something while it’s still growing.
Think a little less traditional clinic. A little more health start-up energy. There’s an established philosophy behind Free Spirit - holistic, person-centred care that looks beyond one symptom or treatment in isolation. But there’s also plenty still to build, and that’s part of the fun.
Kelly herself has a huge interest in holistic health and a particular passion for equine chiropractic care, so if your view of health extends beyond a single modality and you’re naturally curious about how different disciplines can work alongside one another, chances are you’ll have plenty to talk about.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Chiropractor
You’ll bring a genuine passion for chiropractic care, movement and long-term wellbeing.
You’ll be confident working independently and building strong relationships with your clients but equally interested in being part of a multidisciplinary environment where practitioners can share ideas, refer across disciplines and learn from one another.
And if Kelly’s beloved equine world happens to light you up too? Even better.
Physiotherapist
Assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and helping people get confidently back to doing what they love.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong clinical capability with a genuinely human approach to care. Someone who sees the person rather than just the injury and is interested in working alongside other disciplines to achieve great outcomes.
AND THE PRACTICAL STUFF...
There’s real flexibility around how these opportunities could work. You might be highly experienced and looking for something fresh. You might be earlier in your career and excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a business. You might want a couple of days alongside your existing practice, something that builds over time, or an opportunity that could eventually become your main focus. We’re open to the conversation.
We’re much more interested in finding the right people -practitioners who share the passion for what Free Spirit is building - and then working together to figure out what the right structure and hours look like.
