If you know recruitment, have a good network, can build relationships and want to build something for yourself within a bigger business, I want to talk to you.
Here’s how we’re doing it.
3-month retainer - covered by CRE8.
We cover your first three months.
That gives you time to get settled, understand the business, build your desk, reconnect with your network and get moving without the immediate pressure of having to generate everything from day one.
Three months to get through the restraints.
Three months to ease in.
Three months to show us what you’ve got.
Then we get stuck in.
You won’t be starting from zero.
CRE8 Collective has multiple divisions, so workflow comes through the business naturally.
Our clients need recruitment, but they also need HR, Advisory, Resolve, Emerging Talent and other support.
We’ll keep you in the move.
But you still need to be hungry.
We want recruiters who want to build their own clients, their own relationships and their own desk.
We’ll give you the platform, support, systems and opportunities.
You need to bring the drive.
