Social Media Account Manager
Remote | Part-time, flexible hours, expected to grow
About the role
This is a new part of the business, so there's real scope to shape how it operates. You'll be closely supported by the Social Media and Marketing Lead, but you'll also have genuine ownership of how each client's content comes together.
CRE8 Social has launched, offering social media packages for clients who want their brand properly looked after without hiring in-house. Due to growth in the business we are now adding to our team. You will be a socials whizz who will also be comfortable managing client accounts.
What you'll be responsible for:
Managing a roster of clients and their content strategy
Building and maintaining content calendars
Copywriting
Publishing content across the right platforms
Reporting simply and clearly on how content is performing
Visiting clients occasionally to capture content on-site
Skills we're looking for:
Strong copywriting: you can write in different brand voices, not just one that sounds like AI
Strategic thinking: the ability to identify trends, hooks, and messaging to support a business to grow on socials
Attention to detail and a keen eye for design
Reels editing
Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple clients at once
Comfortable talking to clients directly and building trust with them
Comfortable behind a camera (we’re talking iPhones not Canons)
Graphic design skills are a bonus, not a requirement
Preferred experience in the field:
Experience across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
Building and reporting on paid digital advertising campaigns
Social media management of personal brand or business profiles
Pay and hours
$35/hour
Hours are flexible for now, with 20 hours across 3 -4 working days. There is room to grow as the client base does.
